Went round and round for 2 days researching solar versus a standard generator to the point I had given up the will to live. Wish I had just rung these guys at the beginning really helpful, so very patient and very knowledgable. Couple of phone calls later confident we'd got it nailed. Ordered online from them and for once a company you can purchase on line from and then ring up a get progress on your order from a real person! Prices were spot on, just love the good old fashioned service and the kit works perfectly cannot recommend these guys highly enough. thanks again....and if you think this is a planted review trust me I'm quite difficult to please!

Fantastic, Efficient Customer service. I needed to buy a generator for export to the Caribbean, because I was getting outages due to hurricanes. They were not only able to deliver for shipping on a tight timeframe, but were also a huge help on VAT refunds. Hampshire were great. I contacted many generators who did not want to deal with export or knew how to deal with VAT and export, but Hampshire were fantastic. Charlotte was amazing, super helpful and followed up many times. Top firm. Would highly recommend.
