At the heart of the Hyundai HY1000SI-LPG is the super economical and reliable Hyundai HX53 4-Stroke engine. This generator has the added benefit of being able to use dual fuel – petrol and LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas). It produces the 1000W / 1 KW of power effortlessly in spheres such as camping, caravan or the motor-home enthusiast.

Getting the power where you need it has been made easy. At just 13kg the Hyundai HY1000SI-LPG is the perfect portable generator for your needs.

IS THE HYUNDAI HY1000SI-LPG EASY TO START AND USE?

You bet it is – the unit starts easily with a simple pull of the recoil start.

There is one UK 3-pin socket and a 12v DC battery charging outlet fitted to the Hyundai HY1000SI-LPG to connect your electrical equipment up to. As well as an easy to read onboard digital display so you can see information such as, hours run, output voltage and frequency. This is important as you will need to know when your generator will need servicing after the scheduled hours run time has been reached, this will keep your generator maintained and running for thousands of hours use.

USING SENSITIVE EQUIPMENT WITH THE ELECTRICAL POWER FROM THE HYUNDAI HY3800L-2

The power produced by the Hyundai HY1000SI-LPG enables a smooth voltage output. The 1kW of pure sinewave power makes it safe to use with electronic equipment like PC’s, laptops TV’s and more besides.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT USE MY HYUNDAI HY1000SI-LPG FOR LONG PERIODS?

As with all petrol engines, if you are planning to store your generator for a long period its ‘best practice’ to either drain the fuel tank then run the generator until it stops. This will prevent any unused fuel congealing and clogging the carburettor. Or to stop the fuel from going off use a petrol additive. Remember, stale fuel can stop your generator from starting when you need it.

ECO Mode on the HYUNDAI HY1000SI-LPG

Fuel consumption can be minimised by the implementation of Eco Mode on the HY1000SI-LPG. Simply select Eco Mode and the generator will lower its revs to increases fuel efficiency and also extends the lifespan of the unit.

1500rpm machines or larger diesel gensets however are typically priced on application and all depend on the destination. We will be happy to quote on any large diesel generator and discuss your needs over the phone or via email.

Heavy Items

You will be contacted by phone after ordering a larger item to confirm a delivery date before your order is dispatched. Large or heavy items are dispatched through a pallet network, so if we can’t get in contact with you, we may be unable to send out your item on a next day delivery. Please be sure to include a working phone number with your order.

Heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and may require the recipient to help the courier unload the item. For items that are delivered on a pallet the courier will leave the pallet as close to your door as possible.

1500rpm diesel generators will require forklift (or similar) offloading; if this is not available then we can arrange a Hiab offload at an additional price – please call us to discuss any delivery requirements.
