Ordered the Jackery 1000 and two 100w solar panels from this company and am really happy with their service. All items took time to dispatch and had to wait extra time for the solar panels to arrive after the the Jackery turned up, as they were less heavy than the actual unit, but I understood that and am really happy with the company and it's great service. I bought the EcoFlow Delta Portable. They emailed to confirm account oening and another email to confirm that order was being processed. On the 2nd working day after the order, I was looking for an update as to arrival when the delivery guy showed up with the product! Charged it up in a couple of hours and plugged my 50inch 166W TV in to it. Great generator , superb quality and great service ...can't fault it.Update: 1month later . .....the Delta is great and versatile bit of kit for days out , camping , emergency use . I loved the EcoFlow so much that I bought another one ...this time the top of the range Delta Max Pro. Awesome beast . Needs wheels as it is really quite heavy. But it will provides more power and for long , and can be extended .Great service again from Hampshire generators

Well established company. They take payment methods like PayPal with support for when things go wrong / disputes which should give peace of mind if you’re a first time shopper. I had great communication, quick delivery. My only complaint was to do with their excellent service lol. Two items ordered and they shipped them individually for speed. I would happily have waited for both to be delivered together to reduce / improve carbon footprint. Will defo be ordering again as there are some other items I’ll be needing. Thanks folks

Delivery: Right first time delivery with updates all along and this is a heavy yet potentially fragile product. So thank you.Product : Champion Dual Fuel Invertor. The last storm we had from the Global Warming stable is a strong lesson. Next valley over was down for 8 days plus. As we run 2 Commercial EV's and an all electric home , thought it best to get a back up inverter. Very quick delivery of the unit I ordered through the website.Unfortunately the unit was faulty on delivery which was not the fault of Hampshire Generators. I contacted them to report the fault and received a reply swiftly. After verification of the fault the unit was replaced quickly and without hesitation.The five star rating is given because when the issue was raised the problem was resolved to my satisfaction and dealt with efficiently, quickly and in a friendly manner.
