Q1. What kind of devices can Bluetti EB240 power?
A. Please note that the AC output ports can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 1000-Watts, besides, the whole wattage should be under 1000 watts as well.
Once exceeding, Bluetti EB240 will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.
Q2. How long will EB240 power my device?
A. Working time = 2400Wh* 85% / rated power of your device. For reference, assuming the device features rated power 60W (might be a laptop), working time will be 2400Wh*85% / 60w=21.3hrs (Estimated time). Please note: actual power consumption varies from different usages.
Q3. What kind of battery cell is used in the EB150 power station
A. LG Li-ion battery cell, 4S3P.
Q4. Can the EB150 charge and discharge at the same time?
A. Yes it can. It is not highly recommended for better battery protection,but with the premium built-in Li-ion battery and the advanced Battery Management System,please rest assured and use it the way that better suits your needs. But please note that this unit cannot be used as a UPS.
Q4. How to chose a compatible solar panel
A. It must meet:
- Open Circuit Voltage(OCV):16-60V/Max.10A, Max.500W (DC7907 to MC4 Charging cable is included)
- MC4 Connecto
Tips: make sure the total OCV(open circuit voltage) is no more than 60V if you connect several solar panels in series!!
Q5. How long is the charge time with a solar panel?
A. It depends on the input power of the solar panel and the strength of the sunlight. For example, for 300W input solar energy, the charge time is about 8-12Hrs. for a 500W solar panel, the charge time is about 5-8 hrs.
Q6. How long should I recharge the EB240 power station if I do not use it for a long time?
A. Bluetti suggest recharging it very 3 or 6 months for better protect the battery cell and ensure a longer life cycle.
