How do I claim my Love2Shop E-Gift Card?

If you purchase a product that offers a Love2Shop e-gift card you must claim your e-gift card between 28 days and 84 days (4 and 12 weeks) from receipt of the item.

You must email your claim to [email protected] and include your full name, postcode and order number.

How is my E-Gift Card Sent?

e-Gift Cards are emailed to the email address used in the order and cannot be sent a different address.

Do E-Gift Cards Expire?

e-Gift Cards have an expiry date (normally 12 months from issue) and must be used within that time or the value is lost.

Who Issues the E-Gift Card?

Where can I spend the card?

The e-Gift Card can be used / exchanged for more than 50 brands.
