The Bluetti EB500Pro is the perfect home backup power supply in an emergency power outage or blackout. The EB500Pro 3000W or output will be able to keep you home essentials going without the noise or smelly fumes a conventional petrol generator makes.

Solar Power Recharging

With more and more people now having solar panels the Bluetti EP500Pro solar generator can be recharged using up to 1200W of solar input. This will rapidly recharge the EP500Pro in under 5 hours.

The Bluetti EP500Pro can handle: 1200W, 12-150VDC, 12A*2. You may need to drop down the voltage of the the open circuit voltage produced by your roof panels should they exceeds the limits of the EP500Pro input. This PV module doesn’t work with solar panels that have built-in microinverters, and an open circuit voltage over 550V.

Expandability of The Bluetti EP500Pro

In times of extended power outages or when you need longer battery life the EP500Pro has the capacity to be expanded. By adding either the B230 or the B300 battery modules to the EP500Pro you can go from 5100Wh to a staggering 11,244Wh (2 x B300).

Connect With the Bluetti App

Connect your smart phone to your Bluetti EP500Pro via the Bluetti App. Search for ‘BLUETTI’ in the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices) to download the BLUETTI App to remotely control your EP500PRO. The EP500PRO supports Bluetooth control. To access the EP500PRO, please launch the Bluetti App once downloaded and installed, and tap ‘Bluetooth Connect’ to register your Bluetti EP500PRO.

View the basic information of your EP500PRO on the phone after the unit connects with the App successfully. Press the ‘gear icon’ to customize the current working mode and parameters of your EP500PRO under ‘Settings’.

Q1. Can I use third party solar panels?

A. Yes, you can. However, it must meet:

1. Open Circuit Voltage(OCV): EP500: 55-145V/Max.20A, Max.1200W.  EP500Pro: dual MPPT，each is 35-150V/Max.12A,1200W Max. (2400W Max. For dual connection).

2.  Suitable MC4 connector.

3. We recommend that the solar panels to be connected should be of the same brand.

Q2. What Is the UPS switching time?

A. There are two types of working conditions of UPS for EP500.

• No delay for online UPS.;
• 20ms from standby UPS

Q3. After the stated 6000 battery cycles, how much capacity is left in the Bluetti EP500Pro?

A. EP500Pro can maintain above 50% capacity after 6000 cycles.
