Part of the Grupel Smart Range of Generators this unit is designed for standby use in critical applications or a prime source of power when mains power is not available. Using the Grupel own brand engine and alternator with 2 year or 2000 hours warranty which is fully supported by Hampshire Generators here in the UK.

The Grupel G0025GRGR has a close-fitting acoustic canopy, long run 55 litre bunded fuel tank and is standby ready with engine coolant heater and battery charger fitted as standard.

It has a prime power rating of 23kVA / 18kW and standby power rating of 25kVA / 20KW, 3 phase, 50hz while running at 1500rpm.

Acoustic Canopy – Low Noise Levels

A major highlight of the Grupel range is the sound-reducing acoustic canopy quality and design. All produced to a rigourous standard at the factory in Portugal including all sheet metal and power coat finishing, stainless steel locking door handles and hinges, internal residential type silencer and control panel viewing window.

Is This Generator Easy To Use with a Fully Integrated Control System?

The generator is supplied with the G545 comprehensive controller as standard. This fully featured control system alllows manual start, remote start, full engine and alternator parameter monitoring, start and stop delay timers, engine protection alarms and shutdowns etc. The full control system specificaton can be found in the Documents download area of this product.

The fully rated output MCCB is located above a cable entry point to make sure installation is as easy as possible.

Built-in Fuel Tank – Fully Bunded to European Requirements

Each Grupel Generator has an integral fuel tank manufacturered from tough nylon and is installed within a ‘bunded’ area to prevent spills and make refuelling as straight forward as possible.

Is this Generator Automatic Transfer Switch Compatible?

Yes, a loose 100A rated automatic transfer switch is available as an option to this 25kVA generator. This allows the generator to monitor the mains and automatically start and transfer the load when the mains power is lost. It also swaps back again when the mains power is restored. The ATS can also be mounted within the generator though this is a factory option – contact us if you need any more information on automatic start applications.
