...Uninterrupted Power When It Matters Most
Every second counts when the power fails. Whether it’s a grid outage, a critical site shutdown, or an emergency response scenario, downtime isn’t an inconvenience, it’s a liability. The Pramac E4000 3.1kW 230V / 110V Petrol Generator eliminates that risk. Designed for uninterrupted power, this portable petrol generator ensures your operations stay online, your teams stay productive, and your bottom line remains protected.
Built with the genuine Honda GX200 engine, the E4000 delivers 3.1kW of standby power and 2.6kW of continuous power, providing a reliable buffer against unexpected disruptions. Its smooth recoil start guarantees immediate activation, while the air-cooled design and 3000 rpm operating speed ensure consistent performance under pressure. With a low noise output of just 68dBA at 7 metres, it operates discreetly in noise-sensitive environments without sacrificing power.
Compact yet robust, the E4000 weighs just 36kg, making it effortlessly portable for on-site deployments. Dual 110V 16A and 230V 16A sockets provide versatility for a wide range of equipment, ensuring compatibility with both domestic and industrial tools.
Why Downtime Is Not an Option
Power failures expose vulnerabilities in even the most resilient operations. A single outage can lead to:
- Lost productivity as teams grind to a halt
- Data corruption or loss in critical systems
- Compliance breaches in industries where uptime is legally mandated
- Reputational damage from delayed deliveries or service interruptions
The Pramac E4000 3.1kW Portable Petrol Generator is engineered to prevent these risks by delivering immediate, reliable backup power, no matter the scenario.
Built for Reliability: The Technical Backbone of Continuity
At the heart of the E4000 is the genuine Honda GX200 engine, a benchmark for durability and efficiency in portable generators. Unlike generic alternatives, Honda’s engineering ensures extended operational lifespan with minimal maintenance, superior fuel efficiency and consistent power output, even under variable loads.
This isn’t only a generator; it’s a long-term investment in operational resilience.
3.1kW Standby Power / 2.6kW Continuous: Enough for What You Need
The E4000 provides 3.1kW of standby power for sudden outages and 2.6kW of continuous power for sustained use. This balance ensures seamless transition during grid failures, support for essential equipment without overloading and peace of mind that your critical systems remain online.
Whether it’s lighting, communication devices, or essential machinery, the E4000 keeps operations running smoothly.
Smooth Recoil Start: No Delays, No Hassle
A generator’s value is measured in seconds during an emergency. The E4000’s smooth recoil start eliminates the frustration of failed pulls or flooded engines, ensuring:
- Instant activation with no wasted time or manual troubleshooting
- Reduced operator strain, especially in high-pressure situations
- Reliable performance every time, even in cold or damp conditions
3000 RPM Operating Speed: Power Without Compromise
Operating at 3000 rpm, the E4000 strikes the optimal balance between power delivery and fuel efficiency. This means maximised runtime on a single tank, lower heat generation, extending component lifespan, and quieter operation, making it suitable for urban or residential deployments.
Low Noise 68dBA @ 7m: Power That Doesn’t Draw Attention
Noise isn’t just a nuisance. It can be a liability in sensitive environments. The E4000 operates at just 68dBA from 7 metres away, providing compliance with noise regulations in residential or commercial zones, minimal disruption to ongoing operations or nearby personnel and discreet deployment, even in noise-restricted areas.
Air-Cooled Engine: Simple, Effective, Dependable
Unlike water-cooled alternatives, the E4000’s air-cooled engine offers:
- Lower maintenance requirements including no coolant checks or leaks
- Immediate readiness, with no warm-up delays
- Robust performance in extreme temperatures
Compact Design & 36kg Portability: Power Where You Need It
Weighing 36kg, the E4000 is designed for mobility without sacrificing stability. Pair it with the Pramac Trolley Kit to make it even easier to move around. Its compact footprint allows for:
- Easy transport between sites or storage in tight spaces
- Quick setup, with no need for permanent installation
- Versatile deployment, whether indoors, outdoors, or in temporary work zones
Dual 110V 16A & 230V 16A Sockets: Versatility for Every Need
The E4000 doesn’t lock you into one standard. With two 110V 16A and two 230V 16A sockets, the Pramac E4000 is suitable for a vast array of uses. This dual-socket design ensures compatibility with a wide range of devices, making it ideal for contractors, event organisers, and emergency responders alike.
Protecting Your Operations, Reputation, and Bottom Line
Investing in the Pramac E4000 3.1kW Petrol Generator isn’t just about having a backup power source, it’s about eliminating single points of failure in your operations. The E4000 mitigates these risks by providing a dependable, high-performance solution that keeps your business running, no matter what.
Built to Last, Engineered to Perform
The Pramac E4000 is more than a generator. It’s a strategic asset for businesses that refuse to gamble with uptime. With its Honda engine, dual-voltage sockets, and portable yet robust design, it’s the last backup power solution you’ll ever need.
Maintenance and Storage
Routine maintenance is essential to ensure your generator continues to perform at its best. Regular oil changes, air filter inspections, and general servicing will help maximise reliability, efficiency, and engine lifespan.
If the generator is to be stored for an extended period, it is recommended to either drain the fuel tank and run the engine until it stops or use a suitable fuel stabiliser. This helps prevent fuel deterioration, carburettor blockages, and starting issues caused by stale petrol.
By following the recommended maintenance schedule and storage procedures, the Pramac E4000 can provide many years of dependable service.

...When will I receive my order?
In most cases, a product on our website will give you an indication of the current stock availability, but shipping is not uniform for all products. We maintain fantastic relationships with all of our suppliers and we aim to get products to customers within 3 business days of the order being taken. This availability is based on information from our suppliers and from sales and supply patterns. The availability information given is a guide only and not a guarantee as there are external factors that we may not have control over.
Coronavirus Update – UK couriers and transport companies will not currently guarantee delivery times and we are seeing a slight delay in deliveries – please bear this in mind when ordering.
Specialist Couriers – Some items such as the larger portable power stations are sent by specialist courier as standard couriers will not accept them. These specialist couriers are very reliable but sometimes don’t have tracking or timed delivery.
Split deliveries – We sometimes need to send orders for more than one item by different courier networks (portable power stations for example) – so you may receive items at different times.
1500rpm machines or larger diesel gensets however are typically priced on application and all depend on the destination. We will be happy to quote on any large diesel generator and discuss your needs over the phone or via email.
Most orders placed before 12pm on a business day will be shipped from our suppliers on the same day provided the product is in stock. If you need to be certain an item is in stock and available, or if you need a lead time, it’s worth calling our sales team on 01329 722390. Pricing for extended shipping areas like Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and outlying Islands, Outer Hebrides, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and other postcodes not considered as UK mainland are calculated at the checkout or can be obtained by calling our offices.
Please note that the processing of a payment and acknowledgement email does not constitute a legally binding contract. In the case of mispricing, changes in stock quantity, or if we believe the machine will be misused, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Heavy Items
You will be contacted by phone after ordering a larger item to confirm a delivery date before your order is dispatched. Large or heavy items are dispatched through a pallet network, so if we can’t get in contact with you, we may be unable to send out your item on a next day delivery. Please be sure to include a working phone number with your order.
Heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and may require the recipient to help the courier unload the item. For items that are delivered on a pallet the courier will leave the pallet as close to your door as possible.
1500rpm diesel generators will require forklift (or similar) offloading; if this is not available then we can arrange a Hiab offload at an additional price – please call us to discuss any delivery requirements.
