This isn’t just another power station, it’s a compact, expandable, and ultra-reliable energy solution designed to keep your essentials running whether you’re camping under the stars, powering your RV off-grid, or safeguarding your home during blackouts. The Explorer 2000 Plus v2 combines 2048Wh of LFP battery capacity with a 2400W continuous output, all in a design that’s 60% smaller and 33% lighter than its predecessor. With 10ms UPS protection, independent AC control, and expandability up to 12kWh, this is the ultimate portable power station for those who demand performance without compromise.
Power outages, off-grid limitations, and the need for portable energy solutions have never been more pressing. The Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus v2 delivers clean, silent, and scalable power to keep your devices, appliances, and even small medical equipment running smoothly.
This next-generation power station addresses the core challenges of traditional generators, noise, emissions, and bulk, while offering faster charging, longer lifespan, and seamless integration with solar panels, vehicle alternators, and expansion batteries. Whether you’re charging laptops and smartphones, running a mini-fridge, powering a CPAP machine, or running essential home appliances during an outage, the Explorer 2000 Plus v2 is engineered to handle it all with efficiency, safety, and peace of mind.
Power, Performance & Cell Tech: The Heart of the Beast
At the core of the Explorer 2000 Plus v2 is a 2048Wh LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery, a chemistry renowned for its thermal stability, 3,000+ charge cycles, and zero risk of thermal runaway. This translates to years of reliable service, even in high-demand scenarios. The 2400W continuous output (with 4400W surge capacity) ensures you can run high-wattage appliances like microwaves, electric grills, or power tools without hesitation.
The 10ms UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) feature makes this power station perfect for home backup, it detects grid outages instantly and switches to battery power before your devices even notice a blip. This is critical for sensitive electronics like computers, gaming consoles, or medical devices that can’t tolerate even a second of downtime.
Charging is blazingly fast: the unit can reach 80% capacity in just 1 hour via AC power and 100% in under 2 hours with compatible high-wattage chargers. The Explorer 2000 Plus v2 also supports parallel charging, allowing you to chain multiple units together for even greater capacity when needed.
Portability, Durability & Smart Control: Designed for Real-World Use
Weighing just 19.1 kg (42.1 lbs), the Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus v2 is compact enough for vehicle storage yet rugged enough for outdoor adventures. The LFP battery chemistry ensures no memory effect, meaning you can charge and discharge freely without degrading performance over time.
The built-in camping light provides 3 brightness levels, perfect for night time illumination at campsites or during power outages. For smart control, the Jackery app lets you monitor power levels, set charging schedules, and receive low-battery alerts from your smartphone.
Durability is built-in with IP68-rated protection against dust and water, and the fanless design ensures silent operation, no more waking up to the roar of a generator. The ergonomic carry handle and compact form factor make it easy to transport, whether you’re hiking to a remote cabin or loading it into your van.

...When will I receive my order?
In most cases, a product on our website will give you an indication of the current stock availability, but shipping is not uniform for all products. We maintain fantastic relationships with all of our suppliers and we aim to get products to customers within 3 business days of the order being taken. This availability is based on information from our suppliers and from sales and supply patterns. The availability information given is a guide only and not a guarantee as there are external factors that we may not have control over.
Coronavirus Update – UK couriers and transport companies will not currently guarantee delivery times and we are seeing a slight delay in deliveries – please bear this in mind when ordering.
Specialist Couriers – Some items such as the larger portable power stations are sent by specialist courier as standard couriers will not accept them. These specialist couriers are very reliable but sometimes don’t have tracking or timed delivery.
Split deliveries – We sometimes need to send orders for more than one item by different courier networks (portable power stations for example) – so you may receive items at different times.
1500rpm machines or larger diesel gensets however are typically priced on application and all depend on the destination. We will be happy to quote on any large diesel generator and discuss your needs over the phone or via email.
Most orders placed before 12pm on a business day will be shipped from our suppliers on the same day provided the product is in stock. If you need to be certain an item is in stock and available, or if you need a lead time, it’s worth calling our sales team on 01329 722390. Pricing for extended shipping areas like Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and outlying Islands, Outer Hebrides, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and other postcodes not considered as UK mainland are calculated at the checkout or can be obtained by calling our offices.
Please note that the processing of a payment and acknowledgement email does not constitute a legally binding contract. In the case of mispricing, changes in stock quantity, or if we believe the machine will be misused, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Heavy Items
You will be contacted by phone after ordering a larger item to confirm a delivery date before your order is dispatched. Large or heavy items are dispatched through a pallet network, so if we can’t get in contact with you, we may be unable to send out your item on a next day delivery. Please be sure to include a working phone number with your order.
Heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and may require the recipient to help the courier unload the item. For items that are delivered on a pallet the courier will leave the pallet as close to your door as possible.
1500rpm diesel generators will require forklift (or similar) offloading; if this is not available then we can arrange a Hiab offload at an additional price – please call us to discuss any delivery requirements.
